Job Description
Assist Account Coordinator for terminal related concerns received from accounts daily.
Prepares all supporting documents required for billing.
Provides complete and timely reports and updates.
Monitors and ensures that key support groups consistently follow all existing escalation procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, and other related fields.
Experience in handling customer concern is a plus.
Preferably with work experience in performing executive and/or administrative functions.
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Basic Windows Application.
Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results oriented.
Good in written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
