Job Description

  • Assist Account Coordinator for terminal related concerns received from accounts daily.

  • Prepares all supporting documents required for billing.

  • Provides complete and timely reports and updates.

  • Monitors and ensures that key support groups consistently follow all existing escalation procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, and other related fields.

  • Experience in handling customer concern is a plus.

  • Preferably with work experience in performing executive and/or administrative functions.

  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in Basic Windows Application.

  • Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results oriented.

  • Good in written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
