Job Description

  • Actively leads the team in managing logistics. Manage the flow of inbound and outbound all assets (POS terminals), peripherals, and others i.e., SIM cards, thermal paper supplies, etc.

  • Schedule deliveries and pickups, ensuring the right assets are delivered and picked up at the right time, at the least possible cost. Accurately accepts and receives delivery of terminal peripherals and others i.e., SIM cards, thermal paper supplies, etc. as part of asset management and inventory system.

  • Effectively arrange product pickups and deliveries with transportation companies as well as route drivers accordingly. Regularly monitors and coordinates with the transportation companies/courier services on the status of the shipments.

  • Closely supervise assigned logistics employees to ensure 100% timely delivery based on the requirements of each request, and zero errors or omissions.

  • Responsible for the training of logistics personnel, continuously improving the operating standards of logistics personnel, and improving the overall service quality.

  • Closely coordinate warehousing and storeroom activities

  • Regularly provides management reports showing the status of requests, including escalating issues with the corresponding recommendations or corrective actions.

  • Regularly assist in organizing the database of the Inventory Management record to ensure accuracy, retrievability, and availability of information

  • Effectively assist in managing the stockroom and warehouse to ensure the safekeeping of various terminals.

  • Regularly conducts a periodic physical inventory of all POS/EDC terminals including their peripherals whether deployed to various merchants. locations or located in the warehouse

  • Will actively provide quality assistance and services to POS Preparation, QA, and Field Technical Services as needed.

  • Exerts best effort that the Quality Objectives are met; implements and/or carries out quality improvement activities and functions as Logistics Team Leader as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or by the executive management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder

  • With a minimum experience of two years specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent

  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team

  • With background and experience in the POS industry, and logistics

  • Computer literate in Windows-based applicants (MS Office) especially in MS excel.
