Job Description

  • Accurately prepares, downloads, tests, and initializes requested assets for installation or replacement including but not limited to Traditional and Android POS terminals, routers, and other electronic devices.

  • Accurate evaluation/checking upon receipt of assets including but not limited to Traditional and Android POS terminals, routers, and other electronic devices received from Inventory Management. Evaluation and checking to include but not limited to functionalities, physical defects, etc.

  • Ensures a high level of accuracy and completeness of relevant downloaded data/profiles e.g., MID, TID as per request.

  • Accurately prepares and timely submissions of daily accomplishment reports and all other relevant reports.

  • Will actively provide quality assistance & services to Inventory Management, QA, and Field Technician Services as needed.

  • Exerts best effort that the Quality Objectives are met; implements and/or carries out quality improvement activities and functions as Preparation Specialist as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or by the executive management.

Requirements

  • Graduate of academic course(s) in the area of ABM or STEM. 

  • Having acquired an NC in Computer Systems Servicing is a plus. 

  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team. 

  • Computer literate in Windows-based applications (MS Office) especially MS Excel.
