Comments on the contract addressed to the General Manager
Recommendation of most suitable, effective, and business-friendly provision
Revision or amendment of contract clauses as deemed necessary
Procedures involving legal aspects concerning Merchant Express and engagement with the partners
TRAINING
Examination questionnaire after the training
Product presentation deck and other relevant materials for training the sales team
Requirements
Amongst the three (3) cited functions, the function to review requires the highest competency level.
The exposure of the position to a ton of readings in the academic and corporate field needs sharp eyes and creative mind to spot the contradicting ideas and the possible overpowering of provisions, obligations of one, and conditions imposed to another.
The function to train should be the second in ranking.
